Production-Based Pay
$40–$80/hr based on your production, plus commission for what you close and manage — not just hours logged.
Commission on What You Sell & Manage
3% project management commission at $40k+ installed/month, 3% on contracts you personally sell, plus 3% on upsells and referrals.
Spiffs & Bonuses
Extra pay for five-star reviews, door hanger contracts, and referral card contracts.

Admin scheduling, documentation systems, tools, sales coaching, marketing, and lead generation — all handled for you.
